About Ceylon Cinnamon
True Ceylon Cinnamon comes from Cinnamomum verum, a cinnamon variety native to Sri Lanka. It is known for its light colour, soft texture, mild sweetness, and delicate aroma, making it different from stronger cassia varieties.
Yes. All our cinnamon products are 100% True Ceylon Cinnamon, grown and processed in Sri Lanka. We do not sell cassia or mixed cinnamon varieties.
We supply multiple grades based on caliper (diameter), including:
- Alba
- C5 Special
- C5
- C4
- M4
- H1
Each grade is suitable for different uses, markets, and price levels.
Caliper refers to the diameter of the cinnamon stick, measured in millimetres. Smaller calipers are thinner and usually considered higher grade, while larger calipers are thicker and commonly used for bulk or processing needs.
