Wholesale & Bulk Orders

• Wholesale orders are dispatched based on order size, packing requirements, and processing time.
• Delivery timelines for bulk orders will be confirmed individually after order confirmation.

International Shipping & Export Orders

• International shipping is available only for wholesale and bulk orders.
• Export terms such as FOB or CIF can be arranged based on buyer preference.
• Shipping costs, lead time, and documentation will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns (Retail Orders)

Refunds
